Armor Premier Payroll handles hourly, salaried, salary/coefficient,commissioned, contract, and tipped employees. Earnings can bedistributed by the hour or fractional hour to an unlimited number of costcenters. The system automatically computes union dues; worker'scompensation; federal, state, and local payroll tax; and payroll checks.It automatically posts time card hours for payroll computation. Itaccumulates cost center data (including regular hours, overtime hours,premium hours, regular pay, tips earning, "other pay" and all deductions)by center for the month-to-date, quarter-to-date, and year-to-dateperiods.Armor Premier Payroll calculates payroll checks and tax deductions,prints checks, and shows final net balances, automatically. The user canchange deductions requested by an employee at any time. An employeehistory list is maintained that shows the employee name, employee number,and activity date. The Payroll System can operate as a standalone systemor share information with other Armor Premier modules.
